TRANSFORMATIVE CLASSES FOR BODY & MIND
What can I expect from your classes?
My classes have one goal... to help you feel better.
I know some of us like the fancy stuff, like kicking up into a handstand or attempting the splits, and that's great too, but mostly we all just want to feel better, stronger, less stiff, we want to have the ability to do daily tasks with ease, to be able to enjoy the things we love to do like walking, cycling. dancing or golfing, or whatever your interests might be.
We want to move fearlessly and freely, and that's what I want for you too.

Do you have any beginners classes?
Yes! I do have a complete beginners Classes.
I offer a Beginners/Improvers Class "Empower & Ease", which is held on Monday at 11.15am and on Wednesday at 7.20pm.
The only prerequisite for this classes is the ability to get up and down from the floor with relative ease. This class combines elements of empowerment through strength-building exercises such as resistance training and Pilates with practices that promote ease and relaxation such as yoga and stretching. All in a supportive, inclusive, non-competitive environment.
When does the next term of classes start?
Term lengths vary and you can see the CURRENT REMAINING TERM DATES by selecting the class you are interested in.
Join a term in progress - if the term is in progress and places are available you will see the option to join the remainder of the term at a pro rate rate.

Drop In spaces do arise in full classes so you can still join us with a Drop In or a Class Pack.
I would like to join a term of classes but the class I'm interested in is already in progress, what should I do?

If the registration option is available the term fee will reflect the remaining number of classes left in the term.
If the class is full, please get in touch to register your interest for the new term or join us for a Drop In when a place becomes available.

I can't make all the classes in a term, should I still book for the full term?
It often happens that you can't make all the classes in the term and it can be a bit frustrating to pay for a term only to realise that you might miss one or two classes.
To help you get the most from your term of classes I offer 2 options for making up missed classes so that you never miss a class. You can find all the details here.
